Mark K. Clare, M.S. Physics, M.A. Analytic Philosophy, Six Sigma Black Belt, has over 20 years of experience in knowledge management, strategic change, innovation, and technology with leading Fortune 200 companies and a Silicon Valley start-up that include 3M and Allstate. Mark Clare is author of many publications including the book Knowledge Assets (Harcourt 2000) and a series of articles in KM Review on “Solving the Knowledge-Value Equation”. He holds a patent with several new applications under development. Before founding New Value Streams, Mark was a Vice President for Parkview Health were he was involved in major organizational change, technology and quality efforts at a nine-hospital health system in Northeast Indiana. He is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University where he teaches graduate students in learning and organizational change.
