Mark K. Clare, M.S. Physics, M.A. Analytic Philosophy, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, has over 20 years of experience in knowledge management, strategic change, innovation, and technology with leading Fortune 200 companies including 3M and Allstate, major health systems and a Silicon Valley start-up. Mark Clare is author of the Cognitive Design blog and several publications including the book Knowledge Assets (Harcourt 2000) and a series of articles in KM Review on “Solving the Knowledge-Value Equation”. He holds two patents with several new applications under development. Before founding New Value Streams, Mark was a Vice President for Parkview Health where he was involved in major organizational change, technology and quality efforts at an eight-hospital health system in northeastern Indiana. He is an adjunct instructor at Northwestern University where he teaches graduate students in the Leaders Program.
